How do we make the most of the food in our kitchen? Reducing the amount of food you throw out decreases your ecological footprint and increases your food security. However you come about your food, it’s in everyone’s best interest to make the most healthy, nutritious meals possible. Professional Chef, Teresa Bradley will inspire you to cook simple & delicious recipes with imperfect ingredients. The Edmonton Food Bank and The Mustard Seed will both be attending to share their challenges and lessons learned from decades of preparing and distributing donated foods. You will also walk away with some practical tips for how to reduce food waste!
